• The kitchen storage area does not have a door, so we kindly ask that you place any potentially dangerous items on the higher shelves as needed. • In the event of any damage or if bedding becomes heavily soiled, we may ask for reimbursement of repair or cleaning costs. Due to the surrounding natural setting, insects and small creatures may occasionally enter the house. All windows are fitted with screens; however, it is not possible to completely prevent their presence in this lush environment. Please note that we are unable to accept complaints related to insects, and we kindly ask for your understanding when considering your stay. Guests who are uncomfortable with insects may wish to consider a hotel or other urban accommodation. There are also goats living on the property across the way, and you may occasionally hear them. Their presence does not cause any noticeable odor.

As there is no staff on site, we’re sorry that we are unable to hold luggage.

The cancellation fee will be waived and a full refund will be issued in the following cases: • If your inbound flight to Okinawa is cancelled (this does not apply to return flights) • If we determine that staying at the property would be unsafe and request that you cancel your reservation For all other cancellations, the standard cancellation policy will apply. As we host only one group per day, we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel.
