Capacity: 1 group per day, maximum of 10 guests. Security: For the safety of our guests and property, only registered guests are allowed on-site. Bringing unauthorized visitors into the villa or hosting extra guests will result in an additional charge per person. If you have any special requirements, please let us know when making your reservation. Please note that security cameras are installed on the premises for safety management.

Dinner is not included in the accommodation plan. Please bring your own ingredients and cook in the kitchen, or make a reservation at a nearby restaurant.

We do not provide shuttle service. Please use a rental car or taxi. If you are coming by bus, please transfer to the Santo Line in front of Ikeda Port Terminal and get off at Ichimiko. (1 minute walk from Ichimiko bus stop)

There is free parking space for six cars near the facility. There is no height restriction, but the road to the facility is narrow, so please contact us in advance if you are coming with a particularly large vehicle. As a guideline, a 2-ton truck can pass through.

There are no age restrictions for guests staying at the inn. The inn faces the sea, and there are no fences or safety facilities. We ask that parents always accompany children when they are at the beach and keep an eye on them. Unlike a typical hotel, the inn has stairs, furniture with sharp edges, and the bathroom has large glass windows. There is also a knife hidden in the door under the kitchen sink. There are no particularly sharp or dangerous items, but there is a possibility of injury to children depending on their age, height, and behavior, so please be careful.

Sheets will not be changed for the first three nights. If you require a change, please let us know in advance.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building (including electronic cigarettes). Smokers are requested to bring a portable ashtray and smoke on the wooden deck next to the entrance on the premises. Please refrain from littering.

We have two BBQ sets available for free use. They can only be used on the second floor balcony. If you wish to have a BBQ by the sea, please bring the necessary equipment and be responsible for fire management and safety, and clean up after yourself. Please be sure to take your trash back to the accommodation and help protect the natural environment. If you wish to set off fireworks, please be sure to take full consideration of the safety of those around you and do so at your own risk. Please be sure to put out the fire and clean up after yourself after use.

Guests will be alone at night. This is a quiet village. Please refrain from making loud noises at night.

The sea and mountains are nearby, so there is a possibility of insects entering the building. Please use insect repellent products available in the building. In spring and summer, please use screen doors when opening the terrace windows.

If the facility is found to be significantly dirty or damaged, we may charge you for additional cleaning and repair costs. We may also charge you the actual cost for any damaged or lost equipment or furniture. Please note that we are not responsible for any trouble within the facility caused by natural disasters or the natural environment, or for any accidents or injuries caused by customer negligence.

We recommend considering "Travel Reservation Cancellation Insurance" (https://x.gd/gE7aRQ) in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as sudden illness or transportation delays. By enrolling in this insurance, the prescribed cancellation fees will be covered, ensuring no financial burden on your part. Please note: You must apply for the insurance within 7 days of your booking and no later than 6 days before your check-in date.
