La Maison Karuizawa

・Children under the age of 2 can stay free of charge if they share an existing bed. ・Children aged 3 and above will be charged the same rate as adults . ・Please note that the property features many glass windows and is designed with adults in mind. If you plan to stay with young children, we kindly ask that you review the photo gallery carefully and ensure you are comfortable with the layout and design before booking. ・Cribs are not provided, so please bring your own if needed.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not allow pet s of any size.

The entrance is located on the small path (Los t Ball Lane) along the Karuizawa-kai tennis court. *GPS may direct you to the Saisei Path in front of the Muro Saisei Memorial Hall, but please note that you cannot enter f rom here. There i s a small sign at the corner of Los t Ball Lane and Shaw Street.

As a general rule, we require a minimum stay of two night s. However, one-night stays may be possible on certain dates, so please feel free to contact us directly for availability.

La Maison Karuizawa is a rental vacation home designed to be enjoyed as if it were your own residence. As such, we do not provide hotel-style services such as meals. We kindly ask that you keep the following points in mind during your stay.

We prepare all amenities in accordance with the length of your stay and the number of guests. Should any additional items be required during your stay, please note that we may not always be able to provide immediate replenishment.

We kindly ask guests to handle the disposal of their own trash during their stay. Instructions will be provided on- site.

To reduce environmental impact, we do not offer daily towel replacements. A washing machine is provided for guest use, and we kindly ask you to wash towels as needed during your stay.

I f you stay for 5 nights or more, we will provide one free cleaning. Additional cleaning fees will be charged separately.

Please note that guests visiting Estaminet Octave may come and go during your stay. We appreciate your understanding — the entrance is completely separate from La Maison.

We kindly ask that check-in and check-out be done in person. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least two days before your check-in date.

Fireworks are not permitted on the premises. Bonfires are allowed only in the designated area — please contact us in advance if you'd like to use it.

We kindly ask that no packages be sent in advance. If you are expecting a delivery, please schedule it for a time when you'll be at the property to receive it.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

As La Maison is located in the heart of a historic residential area, we kindly ask that you be mindful of the neighbors. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening and early morning hours. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. Please refrain from playing loud music and eating outdoors after 9pm.

Use of the property is limited to the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. If we find any discrepancy upon check-in, it will be considered a breach of contract. In such cases, the reservation may be cancelled and guests may be asked to leave the premises, or you will be required to pay the difference in accommodation fees on the spot.
