What child-friendly amenities are available for loan?
We provide infant baths, bed guards, bassinets, potty seats, step stools, baby cushions, and child chairs. Please note that these items are available in limited quantities and may not always be available.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the rooms and on the balconies. A cleaning and deodorizing fee of 30,000 yen will be charged if smoking is detected. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
Entrance Locking Hours
The automatic doors at the entrance are locked from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please remember the entrance code when going out.
Front Desk Hours
Our front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that there may be times when the front desk staff is absent during these hours. In case of an emergency, please contact 08064943485. Guests checking out before 8:00 AM may leave even if the front desk is unattended. The interphone in your room is directly connected to the front desk; please use it during business hours (note that the staff may be absent).
