Where should I go on the day of my stay?
On the day of your stay, please come to "LOQUAT Nishi-Izu" (address below). We will transport you from LOQUAT Nishi-Izu to your room. Address: 365 Toi, Izu City, Shizuoka Prefecture 410-3302
Is the facility non-smoking?
Both the rooms and the outdoor terraces are entirely non-smoking. If you wish to have an ashtray, please let us know at the time of reservation or check-in. We will prepare it outside the entrance.
Can pets stay?
We regret that guests with pets are not allowed to stay.
Where is the meal for dinner and breakfast?
[Dinner] We will prepare it at our facility, LOQUAT Nishi-Izu. It includes transportation and is about 10 minutes by car. [Breakfast] We will bring it to your room at the time you specify.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Can I bring food and drinks? You are free to bring them to your room. A refrigerator and freezer are also available. If you bring a bottle of wine or the like for dinner, a corkage fee of 3,000 yen including tax will be charged.
