This plan is available from June 6 to August 30, 2024.
This accommodation plan includes a dinner course and an all-you-can-drink menu in collaboration with RISE & WIN Brewing Co., a microbrewery in Kamikatsu.
By booking this plan, you can enjoy dinner at the RISE & WIN Brewing Co. BBQ & General Store!
Reservations are accepted from 2 adults on Fridays and Saturdays only.
*This plan includes an all-you-can-drink fee.
*Reservations are not available on regular closing days of RISE & WIN Brewing Co.
*Up to 12 persons per day.
*Even if there are multiple reservations in one day, we will have dinner together inside the restaurant.
(It is impossible to divide the dinner among several places such as inside or outside the restaurant. Please understand this in advance.)
The menu includes appetizer, side dish, main dish, rice, dessert, and all-you-can-drink.

Transportation to the store
RISE & WIN Brewing Co. is a 5-minute drive from HOTEL WHY.
Please make your transportation arrangements to the store.We recommend using the town bus for those who want to enjoy beer.

*Please note that dinner will not be served at HOTEL WHY.-Dinner will start at 5:30pm, so please be sure to arrive at the restaurant by that time. If you are late, we may not be able to serve dinner.

About RISE & WIN Brewing Co.
RISE & WIN is a brewery based in Kamikatsu, Tokushima Prefecture, the first town in Japan to declare a zero-waste policy.
Just enjoying delicious craft beer with friends in a casual atmosphere is a small chance to protect the beautiful environment of Kamikatsu and to learn about social issues. RISE & WIN aims to create such a comfortable cycle, looks at beer as "a way to personalize zero-waste actions," and spreads the lifestyle in Kamikatsu and the attraction of Kamikatsu rooted in experiences of the region. RISE & WIN does not dispose of by-products (malt dregs) from the beer production process as waste, but instead converts them into liquid fertilizer through microbial decomposition, and brews new beer with wheat grown with the fertilizer.
Our goal is to take social action to improve the earth, by working actively on creating such a positive resource recycling mechanism (="reRise") and by integrating the recovery of environmental resources lost due to past economic activities with creative experiential values and cultural activities.
The concept store and restaurant bar with a brewery attached offers a healthy menu centered on Kamikatsu ingredients and also BBQ dishes that go great with beer.
You can also enjoy buildings made of reused scrap wood or a weighing system that produces no waste. In addition, some programs require reservations, such as "LEARN KAMIKATZ," which introduces life in Kamikatsu and RISE & WIN's activities through photographs, and "Factory Tour," in which our staff guides you inside the brewery, which is normally closed to the public.

About Check-in Time
Check-in time is limited to 3:00pm - 4:30pm.<br />*There will be no hotel staff after 5:00pm. We can not accept the late check-in.
About Children Policy
We apply "children policy" for children under 11 years old.<br />0-5 years old: No bedding and breakfast.<br />6-11 years old: We will prepare a bedding and a breakfast.<br />*If a child with age 0-5 years old needs a bedding, please reserve as 6 year old.<br />*If a child with age 0-5 years old needs a breakfast, please select a breakfast as an option.
About Dinner

English Tours for Foreign Guests
The standard zero waste guide tour "STUDY WHY" is conducted every 4:30 PM only in Japanese. For guests who prefer guidance in English, we offer an exclusive "STUDY WHY English Private Tour" starting at 4:00 PM. Limited to "only two groups" per day, this premium program provides a more personalized and in-depth look at Kamikatsu’s zero waste systems and lifestyle. If you wish to join, please select it from the "Options" menu.
