This is a dinner plan where you can enjoy Sea bream shabu and small bowl sushi dinner at "Cyashitsu Nigou", which is a part of the Cyashitu ryokan that was reopened in July 2023.

This is a shabu-shabu course where you can enjoy sea bream using umami-rich bonito soup supervised by a soup stock specialty store.

*Some rooms are only available for the 【Dinner set only】, and it is easier to make reservations for those who include dinner.
If you choose a room that says "Dinner set only", you can make a reservation smoothly without duplicating the price.

* Dinner will be served after moving to "Cyashitsu Nigou", which is a 8-minute walk from the hotel.

In the designer's room with tatami mats designed by graphic designer Issei Kitagawa, you can enjoy a different space away from the hustle and bustle of Asakusa.

After the meal, there are quite a few customers who enjoy chatting with the staff while enjoying sake or matcha ice cream in one hand at the relaxing counter.

The rice used for sushi in the Cyashitsu Nigou is sun-dried and pesticide-free rice handmade by the staff. The staff will also plant and harvest the rice.





You can also choose from Matsusaka beef sukiyaki, soup stock shabu-shabu plan, etc. for one person. After making a reservation with this plan, please let us know as soon as possible by email or DM to Cyashitsu ryokan.

On the top floor, there is a private open-air bath with a view of the Sky Tree. You can rent it out for 45 minutes at your preferred time.
