Traditional sukiyaki with raw egg.
The staff will grill it right in front of you.
"Dashi Sukiyaki (Shabusky)" is dipped in dashi stock and served with a special sauce. Just like shabu-shabu, the meat is quickly dipped into the meat to give it a refreshing taste. Even if you don't like to eat sweet sukiyaki all the time, you can enjoy it lightly with the soup stock that does not use any sugar. It is a special original sukiyaki that can only be eaten at the Cyashitsu Nigou, making full use of the goodness of the meat.
