HOTEL SHE, KYOTOの朝ごはんは、ワッフルもしくはお好きなパン2種をベースに、地元の八百屋さんから仕入れた新鮮な野菜やフルーツ、オリジナルドレッシングを組み合わせて作る世界に一つだけのオリジナルオープンサンド。

We offer a unique open sandwich that you can create by combining freshly made waffles or bagels

with fresh vegetables and fruits sourced from local farmers, along with original dressings.

ワッフルは生地から手作りで、焼き立てをご提供しています。たくさんのフルーツとハムを乗せて、甘じょっぱなトッピングがスタッフのお勧めです。

At HOTEL SHE, KYOTO, enjoy a unique open sandwich breakfast made with either freshly baked waffles or your choice of two types of bread, combined with fresh vegetables and fruits sourced from local farmers, and our original dressings.

Our waffles are handmade from scratch and served fresh. We recommend topping them with a mix of fruits and ham for a delightful sweet and savory combination.

最果ての旅のオアシス
The Oasis of the Farthest Journey

京都駅から歩いて10分の下町・東九条。ここにHOTEL SHE, KYOTOが生まれました。

ここは観光地とは反対側に位置することもあり、あまり陽の当たらない歴史を歩んできた土地。そんな場所に、あえて既成の「京都らしさ」とは異なる、グラマラスなホテルをプロデュースしました。

2019年にリニューアルされた新たなコンセプトは“最果ての旅のオアシス”。この場所が京都の“最果て”だとすれば、そこにオアシスを作ってしまえばいい。そんな思いから、アメリカ西海岸のテイストを踏襲したホテルが完成しました。

Higashi-Kujo, a downtown area, is a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station. This is where HOTEL SHE, KYOTO was born.

Located on the opposite side of the city from the tourist attractions, this area has a history that has not seen much sunlight. In such a place, we dared to produce a glamorous hotel that is different from the existing "Kyoto style.

The new concept, renewed in 2019, is "The Oasis of the Farthest Journey". If this place is the "farthest ends" of Kyoto, why not create an oasis there? With this in mind, the hotel was completed in the style of the American West Coast.

また、フロントには神奈川県のレトロビルで吉田兄弟が営む「BIGBABY ICE CREAM」の特製アイスクリームを提供するアイスクリームパーラー「PARLOR SHE, SIDE」や、 旅の必需品を販売するキオスクなと、゙“旅のオアシス”にふさわしいコンテンツを用意しました。

In addition, the front desk features an ice cream parlor "PARLOR SHE, SIDE" that serves special ice cream from "BIGBABY ICE CREAM" run by the Yoshida brothers in a retro building in Kanagawa Prefecture, a kiosk that sells travel essentials, and other contents appropriate for a travel oasis.
