The Ocean Suite at Umi kara faces the open waters of Tachibana Bay.
As you open the door, the sea stretches out before you, accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves.
All five guest rooms at Umi kara are Ocean Suites.
Each room features a private terrace, designed to bring you as close to the sea as possible.
From the soft morning light to the changing colors of sunset and the calm of night, the ocean reveals a different expression with each passing hour.
The building itself was renovated from a former potato sorting facility.
Rather than adding excess decoration, the space is kept simple and quiet,
allowing the sea to remain the true focal point of the room.
We do not offer special facilities or activities.
Instead, we value the time to do nothing.
Feel the breeze on the terrace, listen to the rhythm of the waves,
or simply sit and gaze out at the water—
these moments naturally ease the mind and slow the pace of time.

Is there parking available?
We have free private parking. Please use either the area near the hotel entrance or the one next to the cafe building.
Is the facility non-smoking?
The entire premises are non-smoking.
Can children stay?
"Umi kara" is designed for guests to fully enjoy the tranquility of the seaside, so only children aged 7 and above are permitted. We appreciate your understanding.
Is the room bath onsen (hot spring)?
The bath offers a spectacular view but is not an onsen. If you wish to use an onsen, you can use the large public bath at Iseya Main Building free of charge.
Can I pay with cash?
Payment is accepted by credit card in advance only.
Where is the check-in location?
Check-in is at Iseya Main Building, located approximately a 4-minute drive from "Umi kara". Please park in the space in front of the facility upon check-in.
