In accordance with local regulations, all staying guests are required to submit identification documents prior to check-in. Guests traveling from overseas must provide their passport. Guests residing in Japan may submit a driver’s license or health insurance card. Please send the required documents at least 2 days before check-in. If verification is not completed, we will be unable to provide the key code for check-in. Thank you for your understanding.

No shoes inside the room. Please use the indoor slippers provided. We have prepared indoor slippers for up to 4 guests in the shoe cabinet.

Our towels are for indoor use only and must not be taken to the beach. If towels are damaged or stained by sand or seawater, a replacement fee will be charged. Each guest is provided with one towel set. Additional sets are available for ¥330 per set. For stays longer than one week, please feel free to contact us regarding towel replacement options.

Only the registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to enter the property. Unregistered visitors, friends, or additional guests are strictly not permitted inside the unit or on the premises. If unauthorized entry is confirmed, an additional fee of ¥20,000 per person per night will be charged. (The maximum capacity of the property is 6 guests.) Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining safety and preventing neighborhood issues.

As the property is located in a residential neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM. Please be mindful of loud conversations, music, TV volume, and door noise, as sound can easily carry to surrounding homes. If we receive a noise complaint from neighbors, you may be asked to vacate the property depending on the situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property, including the balcony and parking area. If smoking is detected, a ¥50,000 special cleaning fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Fireworks • BBQs • Parties These restrictions are in place for safety reasons and to maintain good relations with the neighborhood. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Submitting identification in advance is mandatory. If the required documents are not provided, we may be unable to grant access to the property. Thank you for your understanding.

Additional charges may apply for: • Damage or stains • Vomit • Excessive trash • Abandoned large items Any condition that requires cleaning or disposal beyond the standard level may incur extra fees.

• A valid driver’s license is required to use the rental car. • The 7-seat Toyota Sienta must be returned by 6:00 PM on the checkout day. • One parking space is available. The road in front of the property is narrow, so please park slowly and carefully. ＜For International Guests＞ • Guests from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, and Taiwan must present their home-country driver’s license + a certified Japanese translation. • Guests from all other countries must present both an International Driving Permit (IDP) and their home-country driver’s license.
