The property welcomes up to 19 guests for an exclusive stay across two separate buildings within a 2,500㎡ forested site.

An airy atrium bridges the two structures.
Under the sweeping wooden roof, light and wind drift softly through—
blurring the boundary between inside and nature itself.

The main building was once a spacious exhibition hall.
Its high-ceilinged living area is equipped with a projector and piano,
allowing guests to experience the full scale of the architecture.

The second building serves as a private wing,
featuring bedrooms and shower rooms designed for comfort—
ideal for families or groups of friends.

At the center connecting the two buildings lies an open atrium—
a space that embodies the essence of Ocean House.

Here, you can spend time as if in an indoor living room,
or enjoy BBQs and meals as though you were outdoors.

and the gentle presence of nature at the same time.

Capacity & Facilities

・Entire villa rental / accommodates up to 19 guests.

・Self check-in via key box (no on-site staff).
　Guests can fully enjoy the architecture
　and nature in complete 　privacy.

・The entire 2,500㎡ (approx. 760 tsubo) site is
　reserved exclusively for you.
・All areas and facilities are available for use.

Parking

Up to 10 standard-sized cars can be parked on the property.

Smoking

All indoor areas are non-smoking.
Please smoke only outdoors; an ashtray is provided near the entrance.

• Wildlife

  As the property is surrounded by rich nature, insects may occasionally appear.
  Insect spray is provided, but please be aware that this is part of the natural environment.

Check-in

At night, the area becomes dark and the road can be difficult to navigate.For your safety, we recommend checking in
before sunset whenever possible.

Perfume & Incense

The use of strong perfumes or incense is strictly prohibited,
as lingering odors may affect subsequent reservations.
If damage or extra cleaning is required, additional charges will apply.
