This completely private sauna was created on the wooden deck next to the Kaiju Yagura accommodation facility within Hirado Castle. The four-person red cedar barrel sauna is equipped with an electric heater and sauna stones from Finnish sauna heater manufacturer HARVIA. You can enjoy an authentic Finnish sauna.

※If the facility determines that it will be difficult for you to use the sauna due to bad weather, equipment malfunction, breakdown, or other reasons, the facility may suspend your sauna use on that day or cancel your reservation.

In this case, the usage fee will be refunded. Please note that the facility shall not be liable for any suspension of sauna use or cancellation of reservations other than the refund.

The bathroom in Kaiju-yagura is available for use. (Guest rooms cannot be used.)

[Notes on use]

- Smoking is prohibited on the grounds of Hirado Castle, in the Kaiju Yagura room, in the sauna room, and around the wood deck.

- If you are not feeling well, please refrain from using the sauna unless you are aware of the risk.

- It is strictly forbidden to use the sauna after consuming alcohol. Please note that if you are obviously intoxicated at the time of reception, you will be strictly refused use of the sauna.

- Alcohol cannot be brought into the sauna room.

- Please remove glasses/precious metals/accessories before use to avoid deformation or burns.

・In the event of bad weather (rain or strong winds), we may cancel use for the safety of our customers.

・Please wear sandals when walking on the wooden deck or terrace.

・Please drink plenty of water before bathing to prevent heatstroke.

・If you are entering the sauna room before or after a bath, please use the indoor shower in the Kairo Yagura and wipe yourself off lightly before bathing.

・When pouring water onto the sauna stones (loyly), steam will be generated all at once. Please be careful not to get burned.

・When pouring water onto the sauna stones (loyly), please only pour about one ladleful at a time. If you pour water all at once, the water will not evaporate and will get on the electric stove, causing a breakdown. Please note that if a breakdown occurs due to pouring too much water, you will be responsible for the cost of compensation for business closure in addition to the repair cost.

-When entering the cold bath after bathing, be sure to pour water over yourself before entering the cold bath to prevent heat shock and damage to the cooling device.
