Carefully prepared with seasonal blessings from Atsuma’s fishermen and farmers.

For meat dishes, we feature Atsuma’s renowned “Mai Love Pork” and Biratori Beef.
Every morning, the head chef visits the market, checking the eyes of each fish to judge its freshness and firmness. He carefully selects Hokkaido specialties such as hokke and tokishirazu salmon.
Dinner at Mori no Auberge Mitsu is a creative Japanese course that highlights the seasonal blessings of Atsuma, Hokkaido.
