Important info before you arrive:

■ Our front desk is on the 3rd floor for check-in/check-out

■ Self Check-in/Check-out & Security

• We use a tablet-based self check-in system

• Staff are available weekdays 8 AM–9 PM and weekends 9 AM–6 PM; outside these hours, please use self check-in

• Pre-check-in before arrival is recommended for a smooth process

• Around noon the day before your stay, we’ll email you an access code (if you book last minute, it’ll come right after booking)

• Check-out is also done via a QR code in your room

• Note: All elevators require an access code to operate

After check-in, you’ll receive your room number and PIN code

We accept only pre-payment by card; cash payments are not available
