Stay in a 90-year-old Japanese traditional storehouse called Kura.

Ex-owner constructed it 90 years ago and we renovated for accommodation.

Japanese people used to keep their valuable things such as Rice, Sake, Cocoon in Kura for its safety.

Ex-owner was born and raised in this town and he went to Hawaii for his job as a carpenter.

He build this house after he came back to this town from Hawaii so you can see the combination of Japanese architecture and Western architecture.

You can't find such a unique house in this rural mountainous area of Japan.
