プレミアム地鍋料理コース
This course is a Japanese hot pot dish made with seasonal ingredients from Keihoku.
Ji-nabe" is an original hot pot dish that originated here at LANDOFORM. Ji-nabe cuisine was invented by Kenji Kiyomoto, head chef of Omi Kaiseki Kiyomoto.
In order to enjoy dishes from season to season, we have prepared the following menus according to the season.
Spring: A course meal centering on a local hot pot of Kameoka beef and wild vegetables
Summer: A course meal centering on a local nabe of Kameoka beef and tomatoes
Autumn: A course meal centering on one-pot dish of duck and vegetables
Winter: A course meal centering on a local hot pot of wild boar and vegetables
The course includes: Appetizer, Sashimi (Carpaccio of Keihoku vegetables and fresh fish), Grilled fish, Ji-nabe dish, Rice, and Dessert.
We will provide you with a special dish that you will not be able to enjoy anywhere else.
Please use the leftover soup stock from dinner and enjoy a delicious ojiya the next morning.
*Please make your reservations as early as possible. (Please note that we may not be able to arrange cooks or ingredients.)
*We may use ingredients other than those listed above due to natural ingredients.
*Please let us know at the time of reservation if you have any allergies or dislikes.
