1. Machiya are historical structures with low ceilings. As such, we ask our guests to be cautious to avoid unnecessary accidents or injuries. 2. Machiya, as part of the local residential community, reserves the right to refuse reservations or terminate accommodations of guests who engage in behavior and activities potentially disruptive and unwelcome to the residents of the neighbouring homes. 3. Machiya only welcomes guests age 12 and older. 4. Guests are responsible for any damages- internal or external - they cause. 5. For fire safety reasons, Machiya is a strictly non-smoking establishment. And given the historical wooden architecture, any use of fire is prohibited (which includes cooking). 6. There are no dining facilities on premise. There is a rich selection of dining options within easy walking distance from Kidera No Ie.
