The guest house is closed from 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to allow for cleaning and maintenance. If you’d like to drop off your luggage before checking in, please come by the guest house between 9:00 and 11:30 a.m.

Check-in time is by 18:00. If you check in between 18:00 and 19:00, we will charge you 500yen per person for late check-in fee. If you do not show by 19:00, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. We are operating by few members, so we would appreciate it if you would understand this rule in advance.

Shower rooms and bathrooms are shared with other guests (No private shower room and bathroom in the guest room).

Payment for all reservations can be made by credit card. Please enter your credit card details on the reservation screen of the Guest House Shiro website after entering your accommodation dates, room selection, name, etc. The payment for your stay (the day you use your credit card) will be made on the day of your stay. The payment is automatically made on the day of check-in.

In the event of cancellation or change to your stay, the following cancellation policy will automatically apply. Cancellation fees; ・free of charge up to 6 days before the check-in date. ・50% from 5 to 1 day before the check-in date. ・80% if cancellation is notified on the check-in date. ・100% if no-show on the check-in date.
