This plan is for staying at Hidamari, which was newly established in May 2024.

Hidamari was built in 2024 to allow more guests to enjoy a comfortable stay at Tanagokoro Village. It features two separate rooms, making it ideal for groups who wish to divide their sleeping arrangements.

With two shower rooms, three vanity sinks, and a kitchen equipped with a three-burner stove, it's also perfectly suited for training camps.

This plan does not include sauna access.

Please note: Hidamari does not have BBQ facilities.

We also kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your own BBQ equipment and holding barbecues on the premises, as there isn't sufficient space or cooking area.

Your booking will be confirmed upon approval from us via email, which will be sent by 24:00 (midnight) the day before your stay.

Pricing (Capacity: 14 people)

Accommodation Fees

・Up to 4 people (minimum charge): 35,200 yen / cottage

・From the 5th person onwards: 8,800 yen / person

・Children aged 5 and under: 4,400 yen / child (applicable for groups of 5 or more people)

Additional Fees

・Parking (3rd car and above): 1,100 yen / car

・Pet: 2,200 yen / dog

  Note: This pet fee applies only to guests staying with pets in Chame House.

  • Note: A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed in total when booking both Chame House and Hidamari on the same day.

When Booking Both Chame House and Hidamari on the Same Day:

・If your total group size is 16 people or less, please book Chame House for 2 people and the remaining number for Hidamari.

・If your total group size is 17 people, please book Chame House for 3 people.

・If your total group size is 18 people, please book Chame House for 4 people.

• Please note: The above booking method will result in the lowest total price. Since you'll be renting both cottages privately, there's no need to restrict the number of people per cottage; please feel free to use them as you wish.

• We kindly ask that you do not move futons or amenities between the cottages.

What Hidamari Provides

You'll find bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, toothbrush sets, a vanity, a toilet, a shower room, bedding, a refrigerator, a sink, a three-burner stove, a rice cooker, a toaster, cooking utensils, and dishes (cups, plates, chopsticks, spoons, forks).

The room also has air conditioning, a monitor (for YouTube/Netflix viewing and PC connection), a coffee maker, and Wi-Fi.

Cooking utensils include: A kettle, pots, a saucepan, a frying pan, bowls, a colander, a measuring cup, knives, tongs, cooking chopsticks, a peeler, kitchen scissors, a bottle opener, and more.

Please note:

• There are no BBQ facilities. Due to limited space and cooking areas, bringing your own BBQ equipment and having barbecues on the premises is not permitted.

• Please bring your own seasonings, food ingredients, skincare products, and sleepwear.

• Seasonings and Food Ingredients: Please bring your own. There are no stores nearby where you can purchase groceries, so please prepare them in advance.

• Injuries and Accidents within the Facility: Please be aware that our company cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur within the facility. As you will be in a natural environment, please exercise extreme caution.

Staying with Your Dog: If you plan to stay with your beloved dog, please read the following carefully.

• 1. If you book both Chame House and Hidamari on the same day, you will have access to both cottages. However, dogs are only permitted in the eastern room of Hidamari.

• 2. Please be sure to bring a cage, crate, or playpen for your dog to stay in while left alone or at bedtime.

  Conditions for Dog Accommodation

• 1. One small or medium-sized dog (under 10kg) maximum. (If Hidamari is also rented, up to 3 dogs are allowed in total.)

• 2. Your dog must be vaccinated and have received a rabies shot. Please bring proof on the day of your stay.

• 3. Your dog must be toilet-trained to relieve themselves in designated areas. If you are unsure, please ensure your dog wears a belly band (male dogs) or a dog diaper (female dogs).

• 4. Your dog must be able to follow the owner's commands.

• 5. Your dog must be able to adapt to changes in environment.

• Preparations Before Your Stay

• 1. Bathe your dog before arrival.

• 2. Ensure your dog wears a collar with contact information.

• Requests During Your Stay

• 1. Please ensure your dog relieves themselves before entering the room.

• 2. Brush your dog before entering the room.

• 3. Wipe your dog's paws before entering the room.

• 4. Address barking immediately. Hinohara Village nights are very quiet.

• 5. Do not allow your dog in the shower room or bathtub.

• 6. Do not allow your dog on the bedding.

• 7. Provide your dog with their own designated space using a crate or mat.

• 8. Always keep your dog on a leash when outside. There's a prefectural road nearby with passing cars.

• 9. Before checking out, please use deodorizing spray and ventilate the room.

If your dog has an accident or makes a mess, please inform us immediately. In the event of damage or significant cleaning required, a separate repair or cleaning fee may be charged.

About Sauna Use

Guests staying overnight can use the Tanagokoro Sauna Oasis at a special rate!

While this specific plan does not include sauna use, if you select a plan that includes "Sauna &" you can enjoy a 2-hour and 30-minute private rental of the sauna for 11,000 yen.
