Breakfast – A Traditional Japanese Meal Crafted with Seasonal, Locally Sourced Ingredients

Our breakfast features a traditional Japanese set prepared with fresh vegetables from the Izu area and seasonal local seafood.

The sashimi is served with LOQUAT Nishi-Izu’s house-made dashi, allowing you to enjoy it as a delicate ochazuke (rice with broth), gently enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients.

For guests who prefer not to have raw fish, we are happy to offer an alternative menu centered around grilled fish upon request.

Gelato and freshly baked breads from Bake & Gelato SANTi

At SANTi, we purchase the best ingredients of the season from closest producers to make our gelato. To assure our customers' comfort and safety, we strive to use no artificial preservatives, flavorings or food colorings.The breads and pastries at SANTi are mainly baked with Japanese flour, in pursuit of tastiness. We use ingredients such as butter, oil and water that are all completely safe to eat. Each piece is baked with care using natural yeast.

The selection of drinks made in Izu peninsula or from mineral water of Mt. Fuji has been prepared by our concierges who absolutely love the local area. Local craft beers and fresh juices of Nishi-Izu signature citrus fruits are chilled cold in the fridge.

The blessing of white loquat gently awakening the inner energy existing within yourself. Our rare white loquat treatment program has been prepared to bring out the inner beauty coming from yourself. Enjoy the ultimate relaxation brought to you by our expert technique with the treatment oil blended with the white loquat extract of Toi, Nishi-Izu. The Spa space is all yours so that you can relax during the treatment and enjoy a cup of tea at the end of our service without any other guests around. The service is available from 3:00pm - 6:00pm, with additional fees.
