You can check out early in the morning. If you wish to check out before 8am, please let us know in advance.

We can hold your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Please keep any valuables with you. As there may be times when we are away from the property, please be sure to contact us in advance if you would like to leave your luggage.

Small children can only stay at Aohoshi. There is no additional charge for bed-sharing for children (from 0 to 1 years old), but an additional charge of 3,000 JPY will be charged for the addition of a single futon. Please note that payment can only be made locally. (*Credit card payment accepted)

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside our facilities. Smoking areas are available outside. Please only smoke in the designated areas.

One parking space per group is available. *We recommend using Google Maps for directions since mui is not registered in the car navigation system.

To be environmentally friendly, we do not provide disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, shower caps or razors. Please also note that we do not provide robes. For the same reason, we do not change linens and towels during your stay, however for long-term guests, we will ask your preference at the time of check-in.

The kitchen in each room is equipped with the following items Fridge, Stove, Electric kettle, Toaster, Rice cooker, Pot, Pan, Knife, Cutting board, Bowl, Colander, Measuring cup, Ladle, Kitchen shears, Peeler, Tongs, Bottle opener, Tableware, Cutlery [Seasonings] Rice oil, Olive oil, Salt, Black pepper, Sugar, Soy sauce

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00. but From 17:00 to 20:00, basically if there is no check-in time specified, we will be absent.If there are any changes from the scheduled check-in time given at the time of your reservation, we would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance. Check-in after 22:00 is generally not accepted. If you have unavoidable circumstances, please contact us in advance. Our lodge is run by a small number of people, so we appreciate your cooperation.

Recommended places and shops around mui are posted on our website, so please take a look. https://mui.okinawa/around-mui/ Also, there are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance. If you come by taxi or bus, we recommend that you procure it on the way. Please feel free to contact us if you need help.

mui is not a lodge designed for children, so there are steps and stairs that are dangerous for small children. Please keep an eye on your children when staying with them. In addition, works by creators, custom-made furniture and designer chairs by craftsmen are all works that we want to use for a long time. Please handle with care as we may charge you for any damages.

If your scheduled flight on the day before, the day of, or the day after your stay (3-day window) is officially cancelled by the airline due to a typhoon or other severe weather, we will waive the cancellation fee. Please present documentation or a screenshot confirming the flight cancellation at the time. For cancellations due to other reasons, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

If you would like to have breakfast, please let us know by the evening of the previous day. Please note that some breakfast options may not be available on the day of, so if you have a preference, we recommend selecting it as an option at the time of booking. Other optional items can also be ordered on the day, depending on availability. However, please note that we may not be able to provide certain items due to stock shortages or preparation requirements. Thank you for your understanding.

Early check-in is available from 14:00, one hour earlier than usual, only with prior notice. An additional fee of 2,000 JPY will be charged.
