【NIWA】Independent Guestroom on the First Floor of a House – Breakfast & Sento Ticket Included
This accommodation is located on the first floor of a three-story private house, newly built in 2020, in a quiet residential area of Yanaka. It features an independent guest room situated beyond the shared entrance space with the homeowners.
The room is painted entirely in a soft blue plaster, with gentle sunlight filtering in from the neighboring park.
The flooring combines tatami mats and cedar wood, making it safe and comfortable for small children.
Inside the room, you will find a washbasin, a shower room, and a toilet.
Bathhouse tickets and sets are provided, so you can also enjoy visiting nearby sento (public baths) at your leisure.
A small children’s playground is located next to the property, making this an ideal environment for families with kids. Shared sand play tools are available for use.
Important Notes
●The room is on the first floor of a private residence where two children live. You may occasionally hear household noises, so please be aware in advance.
●As the room faces the park, sounds from people in the park may be audible. Guests who are sensitive to noise may wish to consider this.
●Check-in is conducted at HAGISO, located a one-minute walk from the room. After check-in, our staff will guide you to the room.
●Breakfast is served at HAGISO.
