Hotel Imagine Kyoto is a mixture of all of these.

〈Notification〉

Our reception is open from 11:00am to 8:00pm.

And our check-in time is between 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

We have everything you need. Guests can have party both in their rooms and in the living room. (You can also use Uber eats if you want!)

This is a stay without meals.

◆Check in
Check-in time is from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
*Please let us know in advance in case you will arrive after 8:00pm.

If you have any questions about the early check-in, please contact us by 6pm, the day before your check-in date.
Availability will be confirmed depending on the room status, and early check-in may be possible as a paid option.
※Please note that early check-in may not be possible depending on room availability.

◆Check out

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

If you wish to request for a later check-out time, please let us know by 11:00 AM on the day of your check-in date.
※Late check-out can be arranged up to 1:00 PM Max

Fee: ¥2,000 (tax included) per hour.

Please note that Late Check-Out may not be available depending on room availability.

※We do not accept cancellations or refunds after payment has been completed.

◆ Luggage Storage

Q: Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A: Yes, we are happy to store your luggage before check-in and after check-out during our reception hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

Please make sure to pick up your luggage before 6:00 PM.

◆Accommodation Tax

There is a Kyoto City Accommodation Tax (¥200~￥1,000 per person per night), which is required by the Kyoto Government from October 2018. We ask all our guest who is 6 years old or above and those who need a bed (including extra futon) to pay this tax in cash at the hotel upon check-in.

※From March 1, 2026, the tax amount will be updated and will range from ¥200 to ¥10,000 per person per night, depending on the room　rate.

*Please note that the tax is required to be paid on site, and it is excluded from the room charge and VAT which shown on the booking confirmation.

◆ Car Parking

We have only one parking spot available. If it is free upon your arrival, you may use it on a first-come, first-served basis from 11:00am on the same day for ¥2,000 per day.

You may enter and exit freely during your stay.

If you would like to use the parking lot, please inform our staff during check-in.

(Please note: We cannot take parking requests or reservations through messages.)

◆Room Cleaning

We will change towels and collect trash for guests staying for more than 2 nights.

With the government's instructions for eco-friendly SDGs, we will clean the guest room, including bed making, once every 4 nights.

Please put a magnet sign out on the door if you wouldn't like it.

◆ Beddings

In addition to the beds, every room has futons (Japanese traditional bedding) in advance.

If you are staying with more than 3 people, please use them, too.　

(*Family Suite Room has only futons.)

(*Futons are already installed in the closet, so please set them by yourself.)

◆Cancellations Cancellations will be handled in accordance with the accommodation plan and booking policy selected at the time of reservation. Please note that if you choose a non-refundable plan when booking, the reservation cannot be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

◆Mobile battery

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, Please refrain from using or storing these products in high-temperature areas or near flammable materials.
